Risk Management
Triage, assign, and resolve open risks across DAM, DSPM, and Data Flow.
The Risk Management view is the central queue where every Aurva-detected risk lives until it's either resolved, accepted, or false-positive'd.
Risk lifecycle
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Newly discovered, not yet acknowledged. |
| In Progress | Assigned to an owner and being worked on. |
| Resolved | The underlying condition no longer exists. Aurva re-validates on the next scan. |
| Accepted | Knowingly accepted as a business decision. Re-surfaces if conditions change. |
| False Positive | Reported as incorrect; feeds back into classifier and policy tuning. |
Filters
Risks can be filtered by:
- Severity (High / Medium / Low)
- Domain (DAM, DSPM, Data Privacy, Data Flow)
- Affected asset, identity, or application
- Compliance framework
- Owner / assignee
- Age
Bulk actions
Select multiple risks to assign, change state, or route to Jira in one operation. Routing rules are configured in Alert Routes.
Metrics
Time-to-acknowledge and time-to-resolve are tracked per severity and reported on the Overview Dashboard Risk Trend chart.
